We accept an exchange or refund of a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All items must be returned in the original condition with original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an authentic receipt.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged. All products that arrive damaged or defective must be reported to Pretty Mira within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund within 5 business days, and you will receive a refund notification email when the return has been processed.

Anua Birch 70 Moisture Boosting Toner made with 70% Japanese white birch water, maintains the skin's pH balanced and seals in moisture. Panthenol and ten different kinds of hyaluronic acids intensively hydrate and strengthen the skin barrier. Its ABC complex, which includes allantoin, betaine, and cucumber extract, rapidly cools and soothes sensitive skin while also assisting in the maintenance of oil-moisture balance.
